Evrona privacy policy
1. Which data we process
An email address for sign-in and notifications, region and language, transaction history and request metadata (model, tokens, cost, time).
2. What we do NOT keep
The bodies of your prompts and of the models' responses are stored nowhere — not in the database, not in the logs, not in analytics. Full API keys are not kept: only their hash remains.
3. Payment details
Payment takes place on the payment providers' side. We do not receive your card details and do not store them.
4. Passing requests to model providers
In order to fulfil a request, its content is passed to the chosen model provider. On the provider's side their own policy applies.
5. Rights of the user
You are able to change your password and language in settings, and to request deletion of the account by writing to support.
